Terms and cancellation policy

Summary of booking terms and conditions

All bookings are subject to the following terms and conditions.

1. The course fee must be paid in full at the time of booking. Submission of booking information and payment online constitutes a legally binding agreement, including these terms and conditions.
2. Following unexpected or unplanned events outside the control of Liverpool Head & Neck US Ltd (LHNUS Ltd, also referred to as “we”), LHNUS Ltd reserves the right to cancel or postpone any scheduled event at any time. In the unlikely circumstance that the event is cancelled, a full refund of delegate registration fees will be offered.
3. Please note, we are unable to reimburse any delegate-related costs such as hotel and travel, and LHNUS Ltd shall not be liable for any financial loss incurred by the delegate.

Cancellation

4. A written cancellation request received within 24 hours of booking will be accepted and a full refund will be issued.
5. A written cancellation request up to 12 weeks before the course date will be accepted and a 50% administration fee (of the total course booking fee) will be charged for all cancellations. The remaining amount will be refunded.
6. A written cancellation request between 12 weeks and 4 weeks before the course date will be accepted, but unfortunately no refund of fee can be processed. However, transfer of the registration fee to a future alternative eligible event* can be arranged (*subject to availability). Alternatively, you can request transfer of your booking to another colleague of equivalent professional status, and we will consider your request that your colleague can attend in your place. Please note, neither you nor your colleague (to whom the place is transferred) will be eligible for any refund.
7. We regret that no refunds can be made for cancellations made less than 4 weeks before the event.

Certificate and CPD

8. Further to your attendance and online completion of the course evaluation, you will receive an attendance certificate with CPD points.

Insurance and liability

9. It is the responsibility of the delegate to arrange appropriate insurance cover in connection with their attendance at the course. LHNUS Ltd cannot be held liable for any loss, liability or damage to personal or work-related property.
